Kathleen S. Brenner-McNeal, age 66, of Toledo, passed away November 23, 2018 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Toledo. Kathleen was born April 23, 1952 in Sandusky to Vincent and Lena (Roggeman) Brenner. She was employed with the Lucas County Children's Services for more than 34 years; retiring July 2018.

She is survived by her children, Arieanne H. McNeal and Whalley N. (Krystal) McNeal, II, sister, Barbara Held, ex-husband, Whalley N. McNeal, Sr., her oldest and dearest friend, Donna Valario and her grandchildren.
Kathleen is preceded in death by her parents.

The family will receive guests Friday, November 30, 2018 from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Newcomer - West Sylvania Chapel, 3655 King Road (419-392-9500). Funeral Services will begin Saturday at 11:00 am. at the funeral home followed by private burial in Castalia Cemetery Castalia, Ohio.
Memorial contributions may be made to Lucas County Children's Services or their annual Christmas toy drive in Kathleen's memory.
