Margaret Clark, age 93, of Toledo, passed away peacefully Thursday, July 13, 2017 at Sunset Village, Sylvania. She was born on July 7, 1924 to Elbert and Leota (Shafer) Clark in Columbus, Ohio. Margaret worked as a welder during WWII and also later in life loved her time spent as a radio personality. Most recently until the age of 90, she worked at Focaccia’s with her son-in-law, as a cashier, where Margaret enjoyed building relationships with the customers.

While seeking adventure and spiritual fulfillment her escapades found her traveling through many states making unique friends, sometimes even hitchhiking or riding a motorcycle.

She loved all animals especially dogs, enjoyed playing cards and family game night. Margaret was an avid reader, enjoyed oil painting, loved to travel and take cruises, gamble at the casino and spend time with her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Randy White; grandson, Tristan Yeo; and sisters, Jean Parsons, Jane Parsons and Sue Clapsaddle.
