Will "Bill" Wilcox, born on October 22, 1953, in Toledo, Ohio, departed from this world on September 15, 2025, in Temperance, Michigan. He was a beloved husband, father, friend, and brother whose life was marked by his unwavering dedication to family, a strong work ethic, and an adventurous spirit.

Throughout his career, Will wore many hats; he worked with the bankruptcy courts in Toledo, spent time at Sharon Manufacturing, and joyfully drove trucks delivering everything from steel to cars. His diverse experiences reflected his adaptability and eagerness to tackle any challenge presented to him. An alumnus of Bedford High School from 1965 to 1967, Will forged a path that many admired.

Will was known for his heart of gold, always quick to lend a hand to those in need. He was not just a hard worker but a protector and loyal friend, steadfast in his commitment to his loved ones. His personality was one of kindness and generosity, traits that endeared him to all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Passionate about his hobbies, Will delighted in spending time on his motorcycles and taking care of his yard. He cherished family gatherings, where laughter and joy filled the air. A proud accomplishment of his was the purchase of a WWII plane, which he disassembled and transported through the city to display on his front lawn in Temperance. This act was not merely a whimsical adventure; it demonstrated his love for history and his desire to keep it alive for future generations. His efforts resulted in the plane being donated to a museum in Indiana, where it continues to serve as a testament to his commitment to preserving history.

Will's legacy lives on through his loving family. He is survived by his devoted wife, Terri Wilcox, with whom he shared 25 wonderful years. He is also remembered by his step-daughter, Angela Steele, and her husband Eric; his step-son, Ryan Cionka; his best friend and her daughter, Rebecca and Haley Easton, his daughter, Amanda Capallini, and his son, Will "BJ" Wilcox. Additionally, he leaves behind along with his brother, Orville Wilcox; his sister, Bonnie Raudebaugh; and his mother-in-law, Mary Lou Johnson. His family circle also includes his sister-in-law, Melody Lowe, and her husband Doug; brother-in-law, Art Johnson, and his wife Rhonda; brother-in-law, Ed "Sket" Johnson, and his wife Kim; brother-in-law, Kenneth Johnson; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and beloved fur babies, Etta and Maverick.

He is predeceased by his parents, Orville and Norma Wilcox; his brother, Richard M. Zahrndt; and his brother-in-law, John Johnson.

Visitation services for Will Wilcox will be held on September 23, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 4:00 PM. Both events will take place at the Newcomer Funeral Home, West Sylvania, located at 3655 King Rd, Toledo, OH 43617.

Will "Bill" Wilcox will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends, a shining example of love, loyalty, and a zest for life.
