Vicky Lee Kimbrough

Vicky Lee Kimbrough, born on January 30, 1973, in Toledo, Ohio, left this world on March 10, 2026, peacefully at St. Vincent's Mercy Hospital. She will be remembered fondly by her family and friends for her vivacious spirit, warm heart, and unwavering love for her children and grandchildren.

Vicky was a devoted mother to her children, Erie Cowson, Christopher Cowson, who is expecting a baby with his partner Crystianna Rodriguez, and Jayden Miller. She took great joy in her role as a grandmother to Amiyah Amor Cowson, cherishing every moment they spent together.

In addition to her immediate family, Vicky is survived by her beloved siblings: Beatrice (Willie) Jefferson, Mary (Cleveland) Peavy, Percy Kimbrough Jr., Phyllis Geddie, Debra Kimbrough, and Edith Henderson. She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family who will greatly miss her warm smile and caring presence.

Vicky was preceded in death by her parents, Percy Kimbrough and Myrna Kimbrough, along with her sisters Frenona Brown, Shirley Ruff, and Beverly Dwyer, and her brother Donald Kimbrough. Their memories will remain woven into the hearts of those who survive her.

Vicky's passions included shopping and traveling, where she created many lasting memories. Her love for adventure and life will continue to inspire those who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and connection that will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

A visitation will be held on March 18, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, followed by a funeral service from 2:00 PM, both at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Toledo, located at 4752downs Blvd, Toledo, OH 43614.
