Traci L. Bialy

Traci Lee (Feltus) Bialy left this world on November 2, 2025 at the age of 65. She was born to John and Winnie Feltus on October 20, 1960 in Toledo, Ohio.

A 1978 graduate of Bowsher High School, Traci went on to hold numerous jobs throughout her lifetime, ending her career at Lucas County Children Services.

Traci met the love of her life, Alan and the two of them married on October 14, 1989. They welcomed first a daughter, and then a son to complete the life they dreamt of building.

65 years will never be enough. We will miss her during the big moments, the small moments and everything in between. We will miss her singing loudly to her favorite musicals, her larger than life laugh and the endless tik-toks sent to the family group chat. Traci was brave in her decision to elect hospice care, and was able to have one final week surrounded by her friends and family- sharing both laughter and tears.

Traci was welcomed into Heaven by her father, John who she has missed dearly since his death and her bonus dad, Neil Mills.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 36 years, Alan Bialy. Their children, Lauren and Brandon (Corina) and the light of her life “her sunshine”, her granddaughter, Elliott. In addition, she leaves behind her mother, Winnie Mills, her brothers Tim (Laurie) Feltus and Toby (Peggy) Feltus. Nieces Abby (Josh) Miller, Brianna (Chris) Herrin, and their children Collin, Evan and Nora Miller, Luna and Aiden Herrin. Nephews, Chris (Stephanie) Feltus, and Jon Feltus. Traci was loved deeply by friends who became family and colleagues who became friends.

Her family would like to extend a heartfelt thank-you to her nurses at UTMC who took such great care of her in her final days, Stevie and Merlin. And Mandy RN, at Hospice of NWO who made Traci’s transition from this earth peaceful.

Visitation will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd, Toledo, Ohio 41614 on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 from 2:00 PM-8:00 PM with a funeral service to follow on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Lake Township Cemetery.
