Thomas Cieslewicz, a lifelong resident of Toledo, Ohio, passed away peacefully at his home on May 27, 2026. Born on October 8, 1939, Thomas was a dedicated and valued member of the Toledo community whose life was marked by commitment to his work, his family, and his many social affiliations.
A proud graduate of Central Catholic High School in the class of 1957, Thomas went on to build a solid career working for the Cement Masons and Plasterers' Local 886. His work ethic and dedication earned him respect among his peers and throughout the local labor community.
Thomas was a man who found great joy in socializing and being part of his various membership organizations. He was a proud member of the American Legion Post 320 in Maumee, the Toledo Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 40, and the Maumee Elks Lodge 1850, where he was notably a member of the Order of Turtles.
