Tamie Lynn Blythe, aged 39, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away peacefully at her home on September 1, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born in Toledo on October 9, 1985, to William Scott and Pamela Sue (Carpenter) Blythe.
Tamie dedicated her professional life to serving others as a hostess at Bob Evans. She found joy in spending time with her family, attending church, and cherishing moments with her beloved dog, Gizmo. Tamie's vibrant personality shone through her love for life and her enjoyment of watching the show "Cops."
She is survived by her mother, Pamela Sue Born; her father, William Scott Blythe; her grandmothers, Mary Carpenter and Carol Blythe; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins who will deeply miss her warmth and spirit. Tamie was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Bernard Carpenter and Larry Blythe, and her stepfather, Ted Born.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Tamie’s life at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, located at 1545 Eastgate Rd., Toledo, on Monday, September 8, 2025. from 9:30 to 10:30 AM, followed by funeral services at 11:00 AM. Tamie will be laid to rest at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
Her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
