Having graduated from Sylvania Northview High School, Stephen went on to earn his Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Bowling Green State University. He is survived by his spouse, Jocelyn Charter, and his children: Aaron (Jes Reynolds) Charter, John (Connie) Charter, Rachel (Chris) Diegel, Cindy (Jared) Baber, Andrew (Stasia) Charter, and Sarah (Andy) Perez. His legacy continues through his 18 grandchildren who brought him immense joy and his faithful companion, Smeagol.
