Sharon Marie Smothers Noonan, loving mother, adoring grandmother, and sister, peacefully departed from her earthly body to be with Jesus on the morning of Tuesday, April 8th, 2025, at The Rosary Care Center in Sylvania, OH at the age of 64. Sharon courageously battled a multitude of health issues for the past 27 years. She has shown relentless bravery and strength through it all. She will be deeply missed.
Sharon is survived by her children, Lisa (Joe) Hunderman, Lori (Reggie) Noonan, LeeAnn (Brian) Harden, Adam (Jess) Noonan; grandchildren, Nicholas Hunderman, Ky Hunderman, Eli Hunderman, Mason Stricklin, Brayden Noonan, Landon Harden, Lila Harden, Keegan Noonan, Archie Noonan; mother, Joanne C. Smothers; siblings, Deborah Bauer, Robert Smothers II, Jeff (Cheri) Smothers. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert E. Smothers; brother, James Richard Smothers, and her beloved granddaughter, Zaina Ayache.
Sharon greatly enjoyed her monthly gatherings with the “Central Elementary Group,” relishing the opportunity to rekindle long time friendships and laughter.
The family would like to thank and acknowledge the staff at the Rosary Care Center as well as Heartland Hospice.
A Celebration of Life for family and friends will be held on the 24th of May at Wildwood Whitetail Shelter, 5100 W. Central Ave, Toledo, Ohio, 43615, (Main Entrance) from 1:00 - 4:00 pm, honoring the vibrant spirit of a remarkable woman who touched so many lives.
