Sandra L. LeVeck

Sandra L. LeVeck, age 84, of Berkey, Ohio, passed away April 4, 2026 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 4, 1941 in Toledo, Ohio to Emery and Esther (Moody) Nickles.

After her retirement, Sandy enjoyed many years with her large circle of friends from taking trips, to card games, and getting together for dinners and holidays. She went all out for the holidays, creating memories that will be cherished by all who knew her.

Her greatest love was her family, especially her grandchildren. In their younger years, “Gram” would dress as Santa and go from house to house delivering their presents along with a meal for everyone to share. She was also their biggest cheerleader, attending countless sporting events and ready to celebrate every milestone in their lives. Her sarcasm and quick wit, which she passed down to each of them, will forever be missed.

In addition to her parents, Sandy was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ralph LeVeck, who passed away in 1995. She is survived by her children: Candice (Steve) Carmack, Jeffrey LaFountaine, Brett (Becky) LeVeck, Michelle (Bob) Felser, and Marsha (Todd) Koback; 14 grandchildren: Nicole (Brian), Christopher, Justin, Jeremy, Felicia, Toire (Jeff), Lindsey (Ryan), Grant, Zachary (Stephanie), Emily, Adam, Jacob (Lauren), Joshua and Abby; and 14 great-grandchildren, with 2 more on the way in May and August.

A graveside service will be held at a later date at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park Cemetery.
