Robert R. "Bob" Wiemer, age 76, of Toledo, passed away February 13, 2018. Bob was born September 23, 1941 in Toledo to George and Ameila (Welch) Wiemer. He was employed with the Lucas County MRDD for many years before his retirement.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Wiemer, step-children, Daniel Benner, Julie Kent, Christopher (Angela) Benner; siblings, June Couch, Meryl Wiemer, Karen (Michael) Blair, David Jaeck and 4 grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters, a brother and a son, Robert Wiemer, Jr.
In accordance with Bob's wishes cremation has taken place. Newcomer - Northwest Chapel (419-473-0300) assisted the family.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Bob's memory.
