Rene Louise Nichols formerly of Wellston, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, July 22, 2023 in her Toledo, Ohio home.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Donise "Chick" Blankenship of Wellston, Ohio. She graduated from Wellston High School in 1988 and proceeded to attend Hocking College for Nursing obtaining an LPN license. She was a proud nurse by trade, but an even prouder homemaker and mother for her husband and two children.
She is survived, loved and missed dearly by her loving husband of 29 years Gilbert Nichols, her daughter Emily Nichols, and her son Caleb Nichols. She is also survived by her two sisters, Janis Blankenship Shaw, and Michelle Conley.
