Raymond J. Trzcinski, a cherished husband, father, and grandfather, peacefully passed away in the late evening of May 12th, 2025, at the age of 80, in Temperance, Michigan. Born on August 19, 1944, in Toledo, Ohio, Raymond was a proud Marine Corps veteran who dedicated his life to service in both his country and his community.
Throughout his career, Raymond was a highly skilled outside tradesman who took great pride in being a Union Sheet Metal worker. His exceptional talents led him to a position as an inside tradesman at the Toledo General Motors Powertrain, where he contributed significantly to the skilled trade sector. After retiring from the Plant, Raymond partnered with his son, Ross, to help establish and grow Air Maintenance Heating and Cooling, where they worked side by side for an impressive 30 years, building a solid reputation for their craftsmanship in residential HVAC.
Raymond's vibrant life was filled with memorable moments, many of which were shared with his beloved wife, Iris. Together, they enjoyed vacations across Florida, Las Vegas, and the picturesque beaches of Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. His heart swelled with joy while snowmobiling and skiing with his sons, Ross and Jason. Furthermore, he found solace in hobbies such as boating and fishing, embracing every opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors, and indulging in his passion for rock and roll music, particularly the timeless sounds of Elvis Presley.
Set in his ways, Raymond was a true leader, embodying devotion to his family. He constructed his own home on ten acres in Bedford Township, where he lived for over 50 years, creating a legacy of love that will endure. His family was the most significant part of his life, and his steadfast presence will forever be felt by those who knew him.
Raymond is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Iris Trzcinski; sons Ross and Jason Trzcinski; grandson Logan Palermo; sister Patricia Lutman and her husband Robert; brother Ron Trzcinski and his wife Mary Jo; sister Barbara Greenlese and her husband Kent; sister-in-law Carrie Trzcinski; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends who will remember him fondly.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary and Francis Trzcinski; grandmother Busia Antoinette Golatka; brother Daniel Trzcinski; sister-in-law Laura Trzcinski; and brother Eugene John Trzcinski.
Raymond Trzcinski's spirit will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing him. He leaves behind a rich legacy of family, friendship, and unwavering dedication that will be cherished for generations to come.
Raymond's wishes were cremation with no services nor funeral.
