Raymond Galloway

Raymond Alan Galloway, 83, of Toledo, passed away peacefully at home on November 17, 2024. He was born on August 8, 1941 to Gerald and Grace (Clifton) Galloway in Toledo, Ohio. 

Ray worked as a machinist before retiring. He was faithful in his church and loved playing the guitar. He enjoyed learning about the history of his family through genealogy. Ray enjoyed collecting music memorabilia, vinyl records, baseball and football cards, and various other historical items. He loved his dog, Woofie and missed him dearly when he died. 

Ray is survived by his son, William Scott (Rebecca Hartman) Galloway; daughter, Stephanie Ann (Joseph Huther) Galloway; grandchildren, Frank Ellingsworth III, Melody Haase, and Natalie Galloway; brother, Ronald J. (Pat) Galloway; and sister, Carol S. Herbert. He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald Galloway; mother, Grace Augusta; siblings, Robert Galloway, Patricia Robinson, and Richard Galloway.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Chapel, Toledo (419-381-1900).
