Paul David Siek

Paul David Siek, beloved husband, son, father, and friend, passed away on June 23, 2026, in Swanton, Ohio. He was 47 years old.

Born on September 2, 1978, in Toledo, Ohio, Paul was a proud native of the community he loved and called home throughout his life. From his earliest days, Paul carried with him a sense of warmth, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to the people and places that shaped him. His journey was marked by meaningful relationships, strong family ties, and a spirit of care and generosity that touched all who knew him.

Paul is survived by his devoted wife, Kerry Siek, who stood at his side, sharing in the joys and challenges of life. He was a cherished father to Henry Siek and Madelyn Siek, whose lives were enriched by his love, guidance, and his steady presence. His legacy endures not only in his immediate family but also in the countless lives he touched through his kindness and compassion.

Family was the cornerstone of Paul's world. He is lovingly remembered by his parents, David and Jeannette Siek, and his brothers, Jason Siek and wife Beth, Aaron Siek and wife Amanda. In addition to his immediate family, Paul leaves behind his father-in-law, David Jiannuzzi, mother-in-law, Kathy Jiannuzzi, and brothers-in-law, Jeff Jiannuzzi and wife Sarah, Scott Jiannuzzi and wife Liz. Each shared bonds with Paul that will be treasured and remembered always. There was also a host of loving extended family and friends.

Paul's impact resonated profoundly within his circle of family, friends, and acquaintances. To know Paul was to know someone who listened wholeheartedly, laughed generously, and offered support without hesitation. His dedication to those he loved was evident in every aspect of his life, and his memory will endure in their hearts.

Paul loved to play and listen to heavy metal and classic rock music. Over the years, he learned to play the guitar and drums.  Most recently, he was teaching his kids the joy of playing. He also enjoyed ghost hunting with Kerry and the kids and had a special place in his heart for his cats and their chickens.  

In remembrance of Paul's life, family and friends are invited to attend the visitation on Wednesday, July 9, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, Northwest Toledo, located at 4150 W Laskey Rd, Toledo, OH 43623. Following the visitation, a Celebration of Life will begin at 4:00 p.m. at the same location, concluding at 5:00 p.m. All whose lives were touched by Paul are welcome to join in honoring his memory.

Paul David Siek’s life was defined by his unwavering love for his family and his compassionate spirit. Though he is deeply missed, his legacy will continue to inspire, and the strength of his love will remain a guiding light for his family and all who had the privilege to know him.
