Paul R. Secord

Paul R. Secord passed away on January 20, 2026 at 89. He was born in Toledo, Ohio in 1936 to Paul M. and Harriette Secord. 

He graduated from Devilbiss High School and retired after 57 years in the grocery business. Early in his career he moved from a bagger to produce manager at Bellman’s Market, then to Marsh and Red and White stores. Before retirement he worked for 37 years at Food Town in various positions. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister June Poe. Surviving is his wife Jeanne of 69 years. Sons, Scott (Elsie) Secord, Steve Secord Daughters, Tammy (Bruce) Wells, Terri (Padraic) Connolly Grandchildren: Dana Secord, Shawn Secord, Mona (Matt) Diamond, Aaron Wells, Joshua (Deborah) Wells, Katie, Chris and Kelly Secord, Alec (Hannah) Connolly, Jacob Connolly Great-grandchildren: Theo Diamond, Owen and Isla Connolly Burial is private.

 In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ohioan’s Home Health and Hospice.
