Pamela L. Doan

Pamela L. Doan, a beloved sister, aunt, and friend, of Oregon, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2026, at the Gardens of St. Francis. Born on November 19, 1965, in Warren, Ohio, Pamela brought warmth, joy, and a bright, playful spirit to all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Pamela was born with disabilities and faced many challenges throughout her life, yet she met the world with kindness, curiosity, and a fun‑loving heart. She cherished her family deeply, and her happiest moments were those spent surrounded by the people who loved her. She held a special, tender fondness for her great‑niece Gabrielle Polker, whose visits brought her comfort, excitement, and a light that could be seen in her smile.

Pamela’s spirited personality shone through in the simple joys she adored. Bingo was her favorite pastime—an activity that brought her laughter, connection, and treasured time in her last few years. Her love for stuffed animals, jewelry, and anything sparkly reflected her appreciation for life’s small, colorful delights and her ability to find happiness wherever she could.

Pam is survived by her caring sister, DiAnn (Robert) Guerrero, and her brother, Edward Doan. She also leaves behind several loving nieces and nephews who will forever carry her memory in their hearts. She was preceded in death by her father, James Doan; her mother, Patricia Reilly; and her brother, David Doan. Their memories, now joined with Pamela’s, remain a source of strength and cherished remembrance for those who continue on.
