Nancy Jean Taraschke age 68 of Toledo, Ohio passed away on June 7, 2025. She was born in Toledo on January 16, 1957 to Robert and Jean (Miller) Parks.
Nancy enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren; music, camping, fishing, painting and collecting horses and lighthouses. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed.
Surviving is her loving husband, Bob; daughters, Jennifer (Shawn) Spitler and Nicole (Craig) Whitman; grandchildren, Courtney Taraschke, Rylee Spitler, Dylan Spitler and sisters, Melissa (Jason) Robinson and Sandra Lawrence. Also surviving are step daughters, step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step sons, Jeffery and Tim Taraschke.
Friends and family will be received at the Newcomer Funeral Home (SW Chapel) 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 from 1:00-3:00 PM. A Celebration of Life service will begin immediately after visitation at 3:00 PM.
