Nancy Lynn Rybka (64) of Point place, formerly resided in North Toledo, gained her wings February 22, 2026. Nancy was a loving, caring, and strong woman who touched the lives of many.
She was a proud graduate of Woodward High School, Class of 1979, and dedicated many years of working for Toledo Metro Credit Union. Nancy found the joy of life by spending quality time with her family and watching her grandchildren grow. She also enjoyed life’s simple pleasures like taking her dogs on long walks, tending to her outdoor plants, and spending quiet moments surrounded by the things she loved the most.
Above all, Nancy was a guiding force to her family. She encouraged her daughters and grandchildren to always be strong and independent, instilling values of resilience and self worth that will carry on through generations.
She leaves behind a family who was the center of her world, her loving mother Dolores Rybka, her three daughters: Crystal (Kyle) Baker, Stephanie Martinez, and Nikki Martinez. Her grandchildren, Allena, Aliyah, Daliah, Martiana, Feliz, Makayla, Estrella, Bricin, Nova, and great granddaughter Mi’yora. Each of whom she loved deeply. She shared her life with her lifetime “roommate” and partner, Mark Konoff and her beloved dog Bella. She is also loved and remembered deeply by her siblings, Pat (Frank) Netry, Dave (Diane) Rybka, Phil Rybka, and Paul Rybka, as well as her many nieces and nephews. All of whom she loved deeply and cherished beyond measures.
She was reunited in heaven with her father, Eugene Rybka; sister and brother-in-law, RoseAnn (Rybka) and William Nowak; brother, John Rybka; nephews: David and Philip Rybka Jr., niece: Jessie Rybka; sister-in-law, Laurie Rybka, And her cherished fur babies, Simba and Cindy, who no doubt greeted her with wagging tails.
Nancy’s love lives on in every hug she gave, every laugh she shared, and in the family she held so dearly in her heart.
As we gather to celebrate her life, we remember her for the joy she brought into our lives. A visitation will take place on Sunday, March 1, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home, Northwest Toledo, located at 4150 W Laskey Rd, Toledo, OH 43623. This will be followed by a funeral service to honor her legacy, starting at 3:00 PM and concluding at 4:00 PM.
Nancy Lynn Rybka will be dearly missed, and her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who had the privilege to know her. May her soul rest peacefully.
