Michael L. Overholt

Michael L. Overholt, 74, of Toledo, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at the University of Toledo Medical Center. He was born in Toledo, Ohio, on September 9, 1951, to Ralph and Norma Overholt. Michael graduated from Start High School in 1969. He was employed for many years by Lehn & Fink Manufacturing and Betco Corporation.

Michael had a love for animals and enjoyed feeding the local wildlife every day. He loved to go fishing and read Louis L’Amour novels.

Michael is survived by his wife of 43 years, Rebecca (Fife) Overholt; stepdaughters, Jennifer (Michael) Waite and Jodi (Dan) Packard; sons, Jesse Overholt and Ricky Overholt; brothers, Fred Overholt, Richard (Diane) Overholt and William Overholt; grandchildren, Emily, John, Amber, Tim, Trever, Kiley, and Zach; great-grandchildren, Wesley and Theo and many nieces and nephews.

Michael was proceeded in death by his parents, Ralph and Norma Overholt.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
