Michael Edward Miller, age 50, of Toledo, passed away unexpectedly April 21, 2026 at The Toledo Hospital. He was born October 21, 1975 in Toledo to Ralph Miller and Vicki (Bonds) Evener.
Mike was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Miller; step-dad, Dave Evener; father-in-law, Patrick Grzybowski; great-grandparents, Kathryn and Ray Vandenberg; grandfather Ernest Clyde Bonds; aunts, Nora(a.k.a Suzy) Stahl, Diane Bohner, and Stella LaForge; uncles, Ray Stahl, and Tony Miller; cousin, Robert Stahl; sister-in-law, Jennifer Miller; and best friend, Richard (a.k.a. Richie) Davis.
Mike was a devout family man who lived by the Latin phrase "Aut viam inveniam aut faciam" meaning "I will either find a way or make one." He was an artist who loved tattoos, music, and trivia. He was known as an amazing griller and bourbon connoisseur among those who knew him best. He also loved playing soccer in his youth, and was always proud to say he attended Libbey High School. It was Libbey where Mike established his passion for figuring out how things work. He was employed as an Engineer with EP Assembly, formerly known as Electro Prime, for over 20 years.
He is survived by his wife, Andrea Miller; mother, Vicki Evener; children, Maverick Miller, Mason Miller, Mackenzie (Andrew) Kirkendall and Spencer Hudson; grandson, Axel Kirkendall, and one on the way, whom he longed to meet; grandmother, Marlene Jimenez; sisters, Denise (Brandon) Portillo and Amanda (Andrew) Pfeifer; sister-in-law, Angie Grzybowski (Edward Ottensman) and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A Celebration of Mike's Life will be held on Sunday May 3rd at The Ward Pavilion inside Wildwood Metropark, located at 4830 Central Ave., Toledo, OH, from Noon-3pm.
Memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Children's Hospitals in Mike's memory.
