However, her heart truly belonged to her family, and she embraced the role of a homemaker with unmatched passion. Her proudest accomplishment was the love she devoted to her family, a love that will echo in their hearts for generations to come.

Those who knew Marilynn remember her vibrant personality a caring, feisty spirit whose warmth extended to everyone she encountered. She had a unique talent for cooking and baking her beloved Christmas cookies annually, bringing warmth and happiness to every family celebration. Laughter filled the air as she spent countless hours playing badminton in the pool and engaging in spirited card games with loved ones. Marilynn's passions also included gardening and playing the piano, where her creativity blossomed. She was a devoted hockey fan and took much delight in sharing that enthusiasm with her family.

Marilynn is survived by her loving children, Todd (Janine) and Dana (Scott); her dear brother, Don; an adoring group of grandchildren, Ashlei, Todd Jr., Kendra (Paul), Carlee, and McKenzi; and her cherished great-grandchildren, Klara, Presley, Kayleen, and Kenley. She leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and wonderful memories that will continue to inspire those she knew.

Though she now joins her deceased loved ones, her parents Melvin and Frances Braatz, her first husband, Gary, and is lovingly welcomed in heaven by her second husband, Terry, her beloved son Lenn, brother Bill, and grandson Lance.
