Mardonna Schultz, age 84, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away peacefully on July 27, 2026. Born on July 18, 1942, in Toledo, Ohio, Mardonna was the daughter of Don Allen Davis and Margaret Hiltner.
She was a graduate of DeVilbiss High School and continued her education at The University of Toledo.
A talented musician and dedicated educator, Mardonna owned and operated the Keyboard Institute, where she shared her love of piano and music with countless students over the years. She also devoted more than 25 years of service to the Washington Local School District before retiring.
Mardonna found joy in life's simple pleasures. She was an avid gardener, quilter, and reader who enjoyed working all types of puzzles. A devoted animal lover, she had a special place in her heart for pets and wildlife alike. Known for her playful sense of humor, Mardonna was a true prankster who brought laughter to those around her.
She will be remembered for her loving spirit, unwavering support of family and friends, strong work ethic, generosity, and kind heart. Above all else, Mardonna's family meant everything to her. She treasured the time spent with those she loved and created memories that will be cherished for generations.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Don Allen Davis and Margaret Hiltner; her husband, Bob Schultz, with whom she shared 15 years of marriage; her beloved daughter, Margo Wasielewski; and her sister, Dee McBee. Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Katrina Kujawa; granddaughter, Brittani (Shawn) Sellers; and great-granddaughter, Quinn Sellers.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
