Lenny Ray Johnson

Lenny Ray Johnson, 72, of Maumee, Ohio passed away on August 20, 2025. Born on February 10, 1953, Lenny proudly served his country in the United States Air Force before returning home to build a life centered around his family.

As a father, he was a steady presence, guiding with love, patience, and strength. His family was his greatest joy, and he was deeply proud of his role as a dad and grandfather. Beyond family, he was an avid golfer who cherished time on the course, from Florida to Hawaii he was out playing golf. He enjoyed having a beer with friends while watching his favorite teams. He loved the Ohio State Buckeyes, Cincinnati Bengals, and Reds.

He is survived by his son, Brandon (Morgen) Johnson; his beloved grandsons, Benjamin Browning and Lucas Ray Johnson; and his ex-wife, Beth, who remained a part of the family. He was preceded in death by his brother, David Lee Johnson, and his parents.

A private cremation will take place, and the family will honor his life in a memorial gathering at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to help with funeral expenses would be deeply appreciated.
