Lenn F. Warnke

Lenn F. Warnke, a beloved son, father, brother, and friend, passed away on July 6, 2025, in his hometown of Toledo, Ohio, at the age of 63. Born on January 9, 1962, Lenn led a life filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments that he so generously shared with those around him.

For over three decades, Lenn proudly worked as a Sales Engineer for Hammill Manufacturing, where he earned the respect and admiration of colleagues and clients alike. He carried the same dedication and enthusiasm into all aspects of his life, particularly when it came to spending time with family and friends. Among his proudest accomplishments were his three loving children, Ashlei, Lance, and McKenzi, who meant the world to him.

Lenn's personality was a delightful blend of laid-back charm and a fierce spirit. He was a "mans man," bullheaded yet endearing, who often greeted the day with a loving grumpiness that endeared him to many. Those who knew him will forever cherish the memories of watching games side-by-side, especially when cheering for his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers, a passion he proudly passed down to his family.

One could often find Lenn relishing simple pleasures—whether it was walking his dog, Steeler, and exchanging friendly hellos with neighbors, or hosting family barbecues with a cocktail in hand, which brought him immense joy. His competitive spirit shone through in lively games of cornhole, where laughter and good-natured ribbing flowed freely.

Lenn leaves behind a loving family, including his daughters, Ashlei and McKenzi, mother, Marilynn Williams; brother, Todd (Janine) Warnke; sister, Dana (Scott) Miller; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and lifelong friends, all of whom will hold his memory close to their hearts.

He was predeceased by his cherished father, Gary Warnke, his son, Lance Warnke, and his step-father, Terry Williams. Their spirits will surely be watching over him as he joins them in peaceful rest.

A visitation to celebrate Lenn’s life will be held on July 11, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, West Sylvania, located at 3655 King Rd, Toledo, OH 43617. A funeral service will take place the next day, July 12, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.

Though Lenn has left this earthly realm, his spirit will continue to resonate in the hearts of those he touched, and his legacy of love will linger in the laughter shared and memories made in the years to come. Rest peacefully, dear Lenn; you will forever be missed and lovingly remembered.
