Lee A. Hinsey passed away January 17, 2024 at home. He was born January 10, 1959 in Toledo, Ohio, to Raymond and Esther Hinsey.
Lee grew up in Point Place and graduated from Whitmer High School. He worked as a sheet metal worker for several decades, where he met many close friends and was a proud member of Local 33. He enjoyed watching his favorite teams, Pittsburgh Steelers and Detroit Tigers, golfing, fishing and spending time with his dogs.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his children, Ben Hinsey and Ally Hinsey; brother, Rick (LuAnn) Hinsey; sister, Patricia Lewinski and nephews, Nathan Lewinski and Nick (Kristina) Lewinski.
A Celebration of Life will take place on Sunday, February 4, 2024, from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm, at The Attic on Adams, 1701 Adams Street, Toledo, Ohio 43604.
