Lee Alan Billups, age 59, passed away on October 12, 2026. Born on May 12, 1967, to Betty and Phillip Billups, Sr., Lee lived his life with a bold personality, a memorable sense of humor, and a spirit that left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.
Lee was a devoted fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and the Ohio State Buckeyes, and he had a deep admiration for martial arts legend Bruce Lee. He was known for his signature saying, “I’m in my prime,” and for proudly mentioning “his guns,” a part of his personality that those closest to him will always remember. Lee had a way of making himself known, bringing his own unique energy and character into every room he entered.
Above all, Lee leaves behind a family and circle of loved ones who will reminisce on his memory and the moments they shared with him. His presence, personality, and unforgettable expressions will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
Lee leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Tami Billups; his father, Phillip Billups, Sr.; his brothers, Barry (Ashley) Billups, Bryan (Cassandra) Billups, Phillip Billups, Jr., and Jeff Billups; and his children, Lee Billups II, Brandon (Larenda) Billups, Brianna (Joshua) Jones, Johnathon (Katrina) Billups, and Kalli (Vashaun) Harris. He also leaves his best friend, John Saba, along with a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and other dear family members and friends who will forever hold him close in their hearts.
Lee was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Betty Billups, and his sister, Sami Jo Billups.
Though Lee’s time on earth has come to an end, the memories he created, the love he did share, and the unmistakable personality that made him who he was will never be forgotten. His legacy lives on through his family, his loved ones, and all those whose lives he touched.
