LaTashia L. Caldwell

LaTashia Louise Caldwell, lovingly known as Tasha, passed away on August 3,2025, at the age of 31 in Toledo, Ohio.

Tasha was born on June 4,194, and was a proud graduate of Achieve Academy. She went on to pursue studies in accounting and earned her STNA certification. A dedicated tax consultant, Tasha was hardworking, dependable and passionate about helping others.

Beyond her career, her greatest joy in life was being a mother. She loved taking care of her children and spending quality time shopping, laughing and taking trips with her family and friends. Her generous spirit, radiant smile, and deep love for those around her will be remembered by all who knew her.

Latashia was preceded in death by her loving parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wardell Caldwell, her brother Donta Caldwell, and her grandmother Christina Caldwell.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her beloved children: sons Jaiden, Jaleel, and Jacob Lane, and daughter Cassidy Green. She is also survived by her siblings Wardell Barnes, Antonio Caldwell, Quinta Caldwell, and Vicki Johnson; her bonus mother Yonnas Henderson; and bonus sister Quiera Henderson. Tasha also leaves behind a host of aunts. uncles, cousins, and dear friends who will forever hold her in their hearts.

A funeral service will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home. Following the service, the repast will take place at Greater Praise Missionary Baptist Church, 1671 Woodland Ave, Toledo, Ohio.

At this repast, we gather to mourn and remember the beauty that was Tasha. Though tears may fall and grief may prevail, her memory shines like a guiding light. In sorrow, we still find comfort in the moments she gave us her love, her laughter. and her unwavering strength. Her spirit lives on, in  whispers of wind and cherished memories. Love has no end, and neither does the imprint she's left in our lives.

Though she may be gone, her essence remains a beautiful soul, forever in our veins.
