Kyle “Buckshot” Garrison Sr., age 54, passed away peacefully at his home in Toledo, Ohio, on August 3, 2025.
Born and raised with grit, humor, and a heart full of loyalty, Kyle spent his life devoted to protecting and supporting his family. A hardworking truck driver for many years, he lived by a simple code — family first, always.
Kyle was also a proud and passionate member of the Avengers Motorcycle Club. For him, riding wasn’t just a pastime — it was a way of life. His best friend, Bill Ross — “Dollar Bill” — was more than a friend; he was his brother, protector, partner in crime, and constant supporter. Their bond embodied the words, “My brother’s keeper.” Alongside his Avengers M/C brothers, Kyle found strength, laughter, and loyalty in the family they built on two wheels.
He is survived by his children, Kyle Jr., Jessica, and Ronnie, whom he shared with his former wife of 25 years, Hilerie Garrison; as well as his younger children, Daniel and Kylee; his sisters, Karen Oakes and Melonie Garrison; and his beloved biker family. He is also survived by Courtnee Ross, daughter of his closest friend Bill Ross, and the loving guardian of Daniel and Kylee — a role she embraced with compassion and strength.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Garrison and Martha Garrison (Gibson).
The family will receive guests on Saturday, August 9, 2025 from 9:30 am until the Funeral Service at 11:30 am at Newcomer Funeral Home - West Sylvania Chapel, 3655 King Rd, Toledo, Ohio. Burial will immediately follow at Toledo Memorial Park.
