Kristina L. Perry

Kristina L. Perry, age 51, of Toledo, Ohio ended her journey on Earth and was welcomed to her forever home on August 10, 2023. She worked for many years at VCA Holly Farms Pet Lodge caring for animals, it was a dream job for an animal lover like Kristi. She had a passion for animals especially her own fur-babies at home. Kristi was an avid photographer, she enjoyed capturing not only people but also beautiful landscapes. She also enjoyed diamond painting and gifting her pieces to family and friends. She also enjoyed cooking and her dishes fed an army. Kristi was a member of St. Patrick's of Heatherdowns Catholic Church, where she loved to hear Father Mark's sermons. She was strong-willed, loving, and a selfless person, where her family always came first.

Kristi has now been reunited with Momma, Mary Ann Mowrey; grandma, Joanne Pore; uncles, Mike Rang and Jim Pore; mother-in-law, Carolyn Perry; and fur-babies, Tobee and Saydee. Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 22 years, Joe Perry; fur-babies, Jaxon, Kirby, and Miss Kitty; father, James (Nikki) Mowrey, Jr.; siblings, Julie Stechschulte-Mekolites, Michael (Wendy) Stechschulte, James (Ressie) Mowrey, III, and Timothy (Stephanie) Mowrey; father-in-law, Tom Perry; brothers-in-law, Todd (Christy) Perry and Jeff (Crystal) Perry; aunts, Joni Rang and Kathy (Joe) Kaetzel; special nieces, Kaylee, Claire, and Courtney; longtime best friend, Jodi Pollack, along with many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The family will receive guests, Friday, August 25, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Mass at 11:00 a.m. at St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Catholic Church, 4201 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo, Ohio 43614.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to St. Anne's Cancer Center or the Victory Center.
