Krew David Velazquez, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on September 7th 2023 after a lifelong battle with a rare genetic disease known as CDKL5.
Krew was born in Maumee, OH on July 30th, 2019 to parents, Nicole Ramsay and Matthew Velazquez.
Krew shined his light on those he encountered, touched the lives of many, and brought infinite joy to his family. He will be remembered for his charm, strength, and pure innocence. The impact he left on family and friends will never be forgotten.
In addition to his parents, Krew is survived by his older sister, Lyla, Grandparents, Michele Masella, Oscar and Zaida Velazquez, Jeffery Ramsay (Karen), his "GG" Barb Masella, Aunt, Meagan (Christopher) Titus, Uncle, Mike Velazquez and cousin Dylan Velazquez.
The family would like to express gratitude to all the physicians, nurses, specialists, as well his team at Hospice of Northwest Ohio who helped care for him.

A visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Thursday, September 14, 2023 with a service beginning at 12:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home - Southwest Chapel at 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. Toledo, OH 43614.
