Keith Dominiak

Keith R. Dominiak, 65, of Toledo, Ohio passed away peacefully on 6/26/25, surrounded by love ones. Born on September 25th, 1959, Keith brought warmth, kindness, and laughter to everyone he met.

Keith dedicated his life to helping others. Whether it be at work or at home, Keith found joy in the simple moments: sharing and spending his time with Tina, spending time with his children, watching his grandchildren grow up, and maybe enjoying an occasional drink on the rocks.

Above all, Keith loved his family and friends fiercely. He was devoted to making sure that everyone else’s needs were taken care of before his own. Keith will forever carry forward his wisdom, humor, and unbreakable spirit.

Keith went home to be reunited with his mom, Virginia, his dad Donald, and his maternal and paternal grandparents. Keith is survived by his true love Tina, children Nicole (Sean) and Chris (Jeannie), step-children Kyle (Beth), Kayli, Allana (Joel), grandchildren Kynlie and Henry, brothers Blair, Craig (Geri), Todd (Kathy) and numerous nieces and nephews.

Those who knew Keith will remember his compassionate heart, infectious smile, and ability to make everyone feel welcome and valued. His legacy of love, friendship, and generosity will continue to inspire all who were blessed to know him.

A celebration of Keith’s life will be held on Monday July 7th with a memorial gathering from 11:30-2:00pm and a memorial service to follow at 2:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W Laskey Rd, Toledo.
