Joan I. Clemons, age 79, of Sylvania, passed away September 25, 2017 at Genesis Healthcare - Sylvania Center. Joan was born January 17, 1938 in Monroe to Harold and Mildred Bowers. Joan enjoyed dancing, baking and decorating for the holidays.
She is survived by her children, Lisa R. (William) Wagner, Brenda S. (Brian) Spencer, Rick (Brenda) Parran, Harold Parran, William L. Parran; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her children Glenda J. Sberna, Gregory S. Parran, Jeffery W. Parran.
The family will have private services at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice in Joan's memory.
