Jill Ann Muniz

Jill Ann Muniz, aged 59, passed away peacefully on November 2, 2025, in her beloved hometown of Toledo, Ohio. Born on March 9, 1966, Jill was a nurturing spirit whose life was defined by her profound love for her family and friends.

Jill, originally known as Jill Miller, was a devoted wife to John Muniz Sr., with whom she shared an enduring marriage of 40 years. Together, they built a family that she cherished deeply, including her sons John Muniz Jr. and Raymond Muniz, and her daughter Grace Muniz. As a grandmother, Jill's pride and joy were her grandchildren: Alyssa Muniz, Izick Urias, Vincenzo Costilla, Malakhi Patterson, Micah Willingham, and Crimsyn Willingham, all of whom brought immense joy to her life.

Jill's personality was a beautiful blend of stubbornness and love. Her fierce dedication to her family was matched by her belief in tough love, creating a nurturing environment filled with both humor and heartfelt lessons. Friends often commented on her quick wit and funny nature, which created countless memories shared among those who were fortunate enough to know her.

In her leisure time, Jill found joy in simple pleasures such as playing Candy Crush and indulging in her favorite soap operas, all while ensuring her lawn and flower beds were kept meticulously. Her interests reflected her vibrant personality and dedication to caring for her environment, much like she cared for her family.

Jill was born to Raymond and Beverly Miller, both of whom preceded her in death. She is survived by her loving husband, children, grandchildren, and siblings: Raymond Miller and his wife Jane, Lisa Miller, Richard Miller, and Jodi Morrow and her husband Kevin. Additionally, she leaves behind her brothers-in-law Joseph Muniz and Brian Muniz, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other cherished extended family members and friends.

Friends and family will gather to honor Jill on November 14, 2025, at Newcomer Funeral Home in Southwest Toledo. Visitation will begin at 3:00 PM and conclude at 6:00 PM. This gathering will provide a space for all whose lives she touched to share their memories, reflect on her impact, and celebrate the beautiful legacy she leaves behind.

Jill Ann Muniz will be deeply missed, but her spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
