Jessie Patricia Ramm (Foster), born October 12, 1936, peacefully passed away on March 22, 2026, in her home surrounded by loving family. A cherished wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Jessie’s life was marked by warmth, creativity, and devotion to those she held dear.

Jessie was an exceptionally crafty and imaginative woman who found joy in expressing her creativity in many forms. She delighted in walking along the beach, where the soothing waves and salty air offered peaceful moments of reflection. Her collection of teddy bears was a testament to her affectionate nature and fondness for treasured mementos. Shopping outings with her daughter were special times they shared, further deepening their bond through laughter and camaraderie.

Jessie is survived by her devoted husband, Allan Ramm, who stood by her side through many cherished years, they were married on September 3, 1960. She proudly leaves behind her children, Timothy Ramm and his wife Cheryl, and Christa Coffield and her husband John. Her legacy continues vibrantly through her beloved grandchildren: Sean Welch and his wife Lindsay, Mandy Metcalf and her husband Todd, Andrew Ramm and his wife Taylor, and Ashley Ramm and her husband Josh. Jessie also found immense happiness in her role as great-grandmother to Braiden, Easton, Kylee, Carson, and Natalie, whose lives she touched deeply.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Eva Jo Foster (Allum), whose memory she honored throughout her life, and her sister, Mary Jo Walczak, whose loss was keenly felt but whose spirit remained close.

Jessie Patricia Ramm’s life was a beautiful tapestry woven with love, family, and a passion for simple joys. Her kindness, creativity, and steadfast devotion to her family have left an indelible mark on all who knew her. She will be held in the hearts of her loved ones forever, remembered for her gentle spirit and the warmth she fostered in her home and beyond.
