Jennifer Heath Fahle

Jennifer Heath Fahle, a beloved member of the Toledo community, passed away peacefully on October 15, 2025, at the age of 62. Born on January 8, 1963, in Toledo, Ohio, she led a life filled with warmth, love, and dedication to her family and friends.

Jennifer’s career spanned over two decades at Janney's Ace Hardware & Service Center, where her hard work and outgoing personality made her a cherished figure among colleagues and customers alike. Her love for people was palpable; she was always ready with a helping hand and a friendly smile. Though her health took a downturn that ultimately led to her departure from work, her spirit remained unwavering, characterized by an ever-present sunny disposition.

Education was important to Jennifer, as exemplified by her graduation from Whitmer High School. This foundation paved the way for her vibrant future and established her love for lifelong learning. Reading was a cherished hobby of hers, alongside cheering for the Michigan Wolverines Football team, spending quality time with her three beloved cats, and tending to her garden, where she nurtured not only plants but also her creative spirit.

Family was Jennifer's proudest accomplishment; her devotion to her loved ones knew no bounds. She was a loving wife to her devoted husband, Keith, with whom she shared 19 wonderful years of marriage. Together, they created a home filled with laughter, joy, and unconditional love. Jennifer was also a dedicated mother to her children Patrick and Heather, and a doting grandmother to her six precious grandchildren, Lauren, Sophie, Chloe, Amelia, Etta, and Sophia. Each moment spent with her grandchildren brought her immense happiness, and she cherished every opportunity to be a part of their lives.

Jennifer is survived by her husband, Keith; her son ,Patrick (Beth) her daughter, Heather(Keith); her grandchildren, Lauren, Sophie(Ben), Chloe, Amelia, Etta, and Sophia; her sister, Gretchen (Ed), and brother, Michael Heath, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends who will forever hold her in their hearts. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leon and Suzanne Heath, both of whom she adored and remembered fondly.

A memorial gathering to celebrate Jennifer's life will be held on November 1, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, followed by a memorial service at 4:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, Northwest Toledo, located at 4150 W Laskey Rd, Toledo, OH 43623. Friends, family, and all who knew her are invited to come together in remembrance of a remarkable woman who touched so many lives with her kindness.

Jennifer’s legacy will undoubtedly live on in the memories of those whose lives were graced by her presence. She was not just a friend, a daughter, a sister, a wife, or a grandmother; she was a beacon of love and strength, one who called upon the best in others and inspired them to shine even brighter.
