Jeff went on to be with the lord on July 13, 2018. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on September 15, 1968 to his loving parents Margit and Frank Finch of Perrysburg,OH whom he is survived by, along with several cousins.
He has been such a glorious gift from God and the most wonderful part of our lives. We are looking forward to the day that we will be together again. He loved people and all aspects of life were a joy to him.
A Memorial Service will be held at Dayspring Church in the coming weeks.
