Jeannie "Jean" C. Warner

Jeannie Catherine Warner, 80 of Waterville, Ohio passed away peacefully on September 15, 2025, at home where she was cared for lovingly and with the utmost dedication by her husband of 61 years, Dick Warner. She was born on June 14, 1945, the daughter of Robert Francis and Marjorie Jean Davis. Though Jeannie graduated from Perrysburg High School, she attended Maumee from K - 10 grade. She was proud of the Panthers and could proudly recite the fight song. Jeannie went on to beauty school often fondly talking about her first job at Burton's as a hair stylist.

Jeannie loved to dance and was a huge Elvis fan attending many of his concerts. She was passionate about genealogy and was very proud of her Irish heritage. She loved to attend Irish festivals and especially enjoyed her trip to Ireland with her husband. Jeannie was a member of Waterville United Methodist Church and was active with the Eagles and Maumee American Legion. She loved her many dogs and enjoyed being artistic with paints.

In addition to her husband, Jeannie is survived by her daughter, Julie (Richard) Kenyon and son, Robert (Tammy) Warner; grandchildren, Joshua (Roxan) Warner and Leah Kenyon; great-grandchildren, Nathan and David Warner. She was preceded in death by her parents; grandmother, Irene Mahan and Uncle, Jerry Mahan.

Family and friends will be received at the Newcomer Funeral Home (Southwest Chapel) on Friday, September 26, 2025, from10:00-11:00 AM. A service to celebrate Jean's life will immediately follow the visitation at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to Heartland Hospice.
