Jeannette M. Abraham, affectionately known as "June," was born on September 4, 1968, in Toledo, Ohio. She gracefully transitioned to eternal rest on February 9, 2026, still enveloped in the warmth of her beloved family.
Throughout her life, Jeannette poured love and care into every venture she undertook. A talented Chef at the Zepf Center, she dedicated her career to helping those in crisis, particularly those battling addiction. Her nurturing spirit shone brightly as she fed countless individuals, exemplifying her selfless and generous nature. She was not only reliable but also intelligent and brave, seeking to uplift those around her with unwavering support and candid encouragement.
Jeannette was deeply proud of her family, especially her husband, Jeffery, with whom she shared a profound partnership for 40 wonderful years. Together, they celebrated life's joys, including memorable family vacations to the Smoky Mountains and Niagara Falls, as well as joyous outings to Orlander Park. Jeannette’s love extended beyond her immediate family; she cherished the time spent with her children: Dominic, Michael (Ashley), Cierra, and Brittney. She welcomed her daughter-in-law, Brittany, into the family with open arms and heartily embraced her role as a grandmother to Dominic Jr., Angellica, Addelyn, Aaliyah, Alijah, Adriana, Loyal, and Ariella. They were her proudest accomplishments, and she thrived on being a source of warmth and inspiration in their lives. Jeannette also held a special place in her heart for her (Aunts) Eva, Chris and Betty , cherishing their close relationships and the love they shared throughout the years.
Jeannette was more than a devoted family member. In her leisure time, she found joy in fishing, trying her luck at horse racing, visiting the casino, and immersing herself in music. Her unique charm was further reflected in her delightful hobby of collecting elephants, which she cherished throughout her life.
Education was important to Jeannette, who attended Waite High School and furthered her studies in finance at the University of Toledo. Her intellectual curiosity and resilience were evident in all that she pursued.
Jeannette M. Abraham leaves behind a legacy that will be profoundly missed yet joyfully remembered by her husband, children, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father, Philip Zaborski; mother, Frances Zimmerman; brother, Daniel; mother-in-law, Mary Boles; and sisters-in-law, Amanda and Gwendolyn. While her passing is a heartfelt loss, the memories she created, brimming with love, laughter, and compassion will forever inspire those fortunate enough to have known her.
