Jarmonne DeWilliam Moorman

Jarmonne DeWilliam Moorman, originally from Detroit, was born on November 9, 2007 in Detroit, Michigan at the Hustzel Women’s Hospital to Jarvis Moorman and Monalisa Moorman and passed away on October 3, 2025, just shy of his 18th birthday, a date he was eager to reach.

Jarmonne was known for his passion for music, being a prankster, his love of his family, especially his siblings; his love of cooking, and his adventurous spirit. All of Jarmonne's close family members would tell you he "played too much" because of his prankster attitude and his ability to pull off a good prank. His love of cooking could always be seen by his willingness to help in the kitchen; especially when it came to his favorite food, lamb chops. Equally enjoying a quick snack, Jarmonne could be found snacking on a Slim Jim.

Jarmonne had a smile that would light up a room and the dimples to go with it. Being a prankster, he enjoyed laughing and being silly. His adventurous spirit was evident in is eagerness to go anywhere; Jarmonne didn’t care where you were going - he simply wanted to go. He had an abundance of work ethic, as he had been working in the family cleaning service.

Jarmonne is preceded in death by grandparents, Jack Moorman, Mary Moorman, James Flowers, Ester Flowers and Roger Tracy Watson and his aunt, Jackie Moorman.

He is survived by his parents, Jarvis (Melissa) Moorman and Monalisa Moorman and siblings, Ajay, DaJae, Markkadus, Jarvis, Jasmine, Jamarr, Jarvon, Mataya, Montanna, Jarquez, Jarvella, McKenna, Jariya, McKenzie.

The family will receive guests Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 10:00 - 12:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. Toledo, Ohio (419-381-1900) with a memorial service beginning at 12:00 p.m.
