Ja'Riyah Dior Hornbeak

With heavy hearts and enduring love, we announce the passing of our precious baby girl, Ja'Riyah Dior Hornbeak. She filled our hearts with immeasurable love and will forever remain a cherished part of our family.

Ja'Riyah was deeply loved by her parents, Joh'Nai Crisp and Jerome Hornbeak. She will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandmother, Janaya Gauldin; great-grandmother, Cynthia Reeves; aunties and uncles, Jazmine Gauldin, Anthony McDuffey, Traquell Crisp, Janaila Crisp, Elijah Gauldin, and Isaiah Gauldin; and her godparents, Samiya and Cortez, along with many other family members and loved ones who eagerly awaited her arrival.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Sharell Crisp.

Although Ja'Riyah never had the opportunity to be held in our arms for long, she will live forever in our hearts. Her life, no matter how brief, was a blessing. She was loved beyond measure, will always be remembered, and will be deeply missed by all who knew of her and loved her.
