Jane Harbaugh, a beloved psychiatric social worker and cherished matriarch, passed away on December 24, 2024, in Toledo, Ohio, at the age of 98. Born on September 27, 1926 in Tinley Park, Illinois, Jane dedicated her life to being a beacon of love and support for both her family and those she helped through her professional career in mental health.

Throughout her career, she was known for her friendly and loving nature, which made her an invaluable source of comfort and guidance for many.

In her personal life, Jane found joy in the simple pleasures of reading books, going to the movies, and cherishing moments with her grandchildren. She had a passion for collecting dinnerware and Wedgewood China, often sharing her collection with family and friends, fostering connections through her interests.

She is survived by her loving sons, Robert D. Harbaugh Jr. and his wife Ellen, and David A. Harbaugh and his wife Dawn.
