Jim E. Barlow, age 74, of Toledo, passed away Monday, January 8, 2007 in St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. He was born August 25, 1932 to Harry and Ruth (Albright) Barlow in Toledo.
Jim is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Barb J. (Powell) Barlow; daughter, Stacy Riccobene (Kevin); grandsons, Justin and Vinny Riccobene; sisters, Harriet (Jay) Hartman; Evelyn Reaster; Flourine McLargan and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive guests Thursday from 2-7:00 p.m. at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Thursday at 7:00 p.m.
