Jackie grew up in the Reynolds Corners area in what was formerly Adams Township. Jackie was a fun-loving person who loved to dance and was known for her sense of humor. She was a very strong woman and was known for “telling it like it is.” She attended Holland High School where she was active in newspaper and yearbook, student government, and as a majorette. There they raised their children who survive her, Kimberly Williams and Anthony (Amy) Dailey. They loved to travel, visiting Hawaii, Aruba and Barbados. They also spent many summers camping with family in Northport, MI. They were a fun-loving couple and they loved to spend time with family. They often hosted wonderful fish frys and parties at their home.
Jackie reconnected with Ted Pawlicki, a former classmate, with whom she had a special relationship. They attended many polka dances and festivals together and they enjoyed gambling at the casino. He became her loving companion and a part of the family.
Jackie was preceded in death by her husband and parents as well as her brother, Bernard Steinbart Jr. and her sister, Geri Mockensturm. She is survived by her sister, Bernadine (George) Roberts; her sister-in-law, Patti Steinbart; her children; grandchildren, Brittany (Craig) Nagel, James Dailey, Alex Dailey, and Dylan Nostrant; great-granddaughters, Nora and Remi Nagel, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
