Gloria Jean (Kory) Scott left her body on November 19th to be with the Lord.
She was a passionate and talented songwriter, singer, artist, jewelry maker, and overall creative. Antiquing, and tennis were among some of the things she enjoyed, however one spectacular stand out was when she started her own majorette troupe from the ground up called the “Carolyn Twirlers” and won The Strawberry Festival, a huge feat as a one-woman entrepreneur in her time.
She shared her knowledge as a schoolteacher, and also a fine art oil painting teacher.
She had a spunk that made everyone that met her smile. She was one of a kind, caring, and had a meaningful relationship with Jesus.
Although she temporarily leaves behind her beloved cats, and daughter Bonnie, she reunites with her husband Bill, and many of her past fuzzy companions.
A GoFundMe has been set up by her daughter Bonnie Scott (Social Media: The Bonnie Scott).
