Glenn E. Wright, of Toledo, OH, died on December 21, 2017. He was born on January 10, 1927 to Willis and Pauline (Latta) Wright in Corning, OH. He worked for NYC-PC-Conrail as an Engineer for 44 years retiring in July 1989. Glenn was an avid hunter and fisherman, and enjoyed turtle trapping and playing cards.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Joan Wright; children, Doug (Kathi), Donna (Mark) Keller and Gary; five grandchildren, Kyle (Elizabeth) Wright, Kasey (Jamie) Kuhlman, Michelle and Kristine Keller and Lillie Wright; four great-grandchildren, Karter Wright, Grace Wright, Finn Kuhlman and Clay Kuhlman and brother, William (Amy) Wright.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, Mona Maxwell, Shirley Stein and Vivian Wright.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Salvation Army and American Legion Post #327 in Corning, OH.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. December 27, 2017 at The Intersection Church 1640 S. Coy Rd Oregon, OH 43616. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Newcomer - Northwest Chapel 4150 W. Laskey Rd.
