Eugenia I. "Jeanie" Sargent

Eugenia I. “Jeanie” Sargent, aged 52, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on June 14, 2026, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg. Born in Toledo to Randall C. and Janice C. (Grainer) Sargent, Jeanie was known for her love of the outdoors, backyard barbecues, and cherishing time spent with her family.

She is survived by her daughter, Miranda Sargent; her grandchildren; her brothers, Geoff (Desiree) Stinson and Michael (Mary) Stinson; as well as her nieces and nephews. Jeanie was preceded in death by her parents, Randall and Janice Sargent.

Services will be held privately. Arrangements are entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel, Toledo.
