In Loving Memory of Eric Bernard “Muchie” Patrick. It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of our dearly loved Eric Bernard “Muchie” Patrick, who departed this life on Saturday, June 7, 2025, surrounded by the warmth and love of his family and friends. Born on July 20, 1964, Eric lived a life marked by compassion, joy, and unwavering devotion to those he held dear.

While he had a deep passion for sports and fishing, it was the time spent with family and friends that he valued most. Known for being the host and the life of the party, Eric had an undeniable ability to light up any room he entered. Eric’s legacy of laughter, love, and community will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

A celebration of Eric’s life will be held on Friday, June 20, 2025, at Jerusalem Baptist Church, located at 445 Dorr Street, Toledo, Ohio 43604. Visitation and viewing will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., followed by funeral services from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Forest Cemetery.
