Elizabeth Davis

Elizabeth "Juicy" Davis, born on February 27, 1943, to the late Walter Lee Wornex and Viola Ladson-Wornex, walked into her sunset on August 28, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of family and love. She was born in Greenville, SC and resided in Toledo, OH for the duration of her adult life.

She received her degree in Accounting at ITT Stautzenberger College and was a dedicated and talented member of the Tupperware franchise.

Elizabeth is survived by her husband, Andrew Davis, with whom she was married to for 48 years. She also leaves behind 3 daughters: Charleena Cox, La'Thea Jones, and Kendra Jones. She was preceded in death by Pamela Wornex, whose sunset was on August 21, 2023. Elizabeth has a number of nieces and nephews, cousins, 9 grandkids, 11 great grandkids, and a host of friends and acquaintances who dearly adores her. Liz was a fighter until the very end; she refused to throw in the towel. However, the referee, Jesus Christ, stopped the fight, and rang the final bell.

Family and friends will be received at the Newcomer Funeral Home (Southwest Chapel) 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo on Friday, September 5, 2025 from 10:00-11:00 AM. The funeral ceremony will begin immediately after visitation at 11:00 AM.
