Eleanor M. (Ray) Carmon

Eleanor M. Carmon, (Ray) age 96, of Toledo, Ohio and Monroe, Michigan, passed away on May 11, 2026.

Eleanor lived a long life and valued her independence and self-reliance. Strong-willed and determined, she approached life in her own way and on her own terms. Over the years, she made her home in both Toledo and Monroe and experienced nearly a century of change and history.

She is survived by her daughter, Susan Ray; grandson, Lawrence Gagin and his wife, Jessica Gagin; and their children, Kennedy Gagin and Larkyn Gagin; and her son, Carl Re and his wife, Amy Re; and their children, Anthony Re and Matteo Re.

Services for Eleanor will be private. She will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery.
